"Generally I don't like Starbuck's in North America anymore as I find the coffee sucks, it tastes burnt and not like Aussie coffee. But today I went to my local Starbucks and had a Tall Chocolate Frappachino with soy milk and cream... It was so nice. I tasted My friend's cappachino and thought it was nice too. I love when coffee is served in real mugs. My friend enjoyed their own hot chocolate and cappachino. We all had something to eat. It's a great coffee place to come have a chat inside, it's nicely decorated and comfy chairs. Staff were very friendly and nice."

"Been a regular for years. All the staff are friendly and some even recognise me by voice in drive through. Never disappointed(yes somedays coffee is different especially when new staff are in training) but overall it's my go to coffee shop. My kids enjoy their hot chocolate and sweet treats they even know this is our go to coffee shop. We live in Penrith but still prefer this branch over the rest! Thank you to the amazing team. I don't remember all their names or else i would have listed them down but I know their faces and they know us and that's the best part of amazing customer service over the years (2019 on)"
